How we helped a D2C client drive ₹6.2L in one weekend using automated WhatsApp broadcasts and interactive cart recovery flows.

During last Diwali, we implemented a structured WhatsApp campaign for CraftRoots that drove ₹6.2L in sales:
1. Cart Abandonment Flows: Triggering a message 30 minutes after checkout drop-off with a direct checkout link and an incentive.
2. Interactive Broadcasts: Using quick-reply buttons allowing users to select categories inside the chat.
3. Automated Support: Quick answers to delivery and sizing questions built inside the flow.
